The Premises Licence Holder shall insure that at all times when the premises is open, that there are sufficient and competent staff on duty, fulfilling the terms and
The DPS will ensure that all staff undertake training in their responsibility in relation to the sale of alcohol, particularly with regards to drunkenness and underage persons.
Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises will be reported to the police.
CCTV will be installed and shall conform with the following points:
Be capable of visually confirming the nature of the crime committed.
Have a recording device located in a secure area
Be regularly maintained to ensure continuous quality of image capture retention.
Any cameras on the entrances will capture full frame shots – capable of identification.
Appropriate fire safety procedures are in place including fire extinguishers, fire blanket internally illuminated fore exit signs, numerous heat/smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
All appliances are inspected annually.
All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.
All customers will be asked to leave quietly. Clear and legible notices will be displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regards to any neighbours.
The DPS and/or staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age 25 for photo ID (drivers licence or passport) to prove their age.
All staff will be trained on underage sales prevention regularly.
A register of refused sales shall be kept and maintained on the premises.
