Prevention of Crime Disorder:-
At all times when the premises is open to the public, or club members and guests allText/Radio Pager(s) Links to the Police, must be well maintained and kept in working order.
At all times when the premises is open to the public, or club members and guests allText/Radio Pager(s) must be activated, made available to and monitored by the Designated Premises Supervisor or a responsible member of staff.
Any/all instance(s) of crime or disorder shall be reported via the Text/Radio pager link by the Designated Premises Supervisor or a responsible member of staff to a designated Police contact point.
Any/all Police instructions or directions received by the Designated Premises Supervisor or responsible member of staff, via Text/Radio pager links must be complied within the time span indicated by the Police Authority or as soon as reasonably practicable.
Toughened glass is currently in use and will continue to be used but merely that it is in use
Existing CCTV System will continue to operate during the additional hours.
A sign or written notice shall be displayed in all public areas informing those persons at the premises or entering or leaving the premises that they will be subject to recording by means of CCTV or other recording device.
All CCTV cameras and recording equipment, including video tapes, shall be well maintained, kept in good working order and be subject to regular testing and inspection.
Where CCTV has not been installed, or there are specific requirements for further CCTV coverage in or around the premises, guidance must be sought from the Chief Officer of Police, officers or other representatives of, the Police Authority.
The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
Public Safety
It is our opinion that the nature of the operation and proposed variation will not lead to any increase in risk of the public safety. The existing policies will simply be extended to cover the relatively small increase in opening hours. Our internal health and safety due diligence and incident reporting system will operate during the additional hour(s).
Public Nuisance
The licensee or a nominated representative shall receive and respond to complaints throughout the duration of all noisy events.
The Premises Supervisor in situ shall liaise with local neighbours to resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with existing Role in the Community Guidelines.
Protection of Children from Harm
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
Proof of age may be illustrated by a:-
Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
'New type' driving licence with photograph.
Valid UK Passport
Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
No entertainment in the form of a nude, adult or sexual nature is to be permitted on the premises, whether paid for by the company or by patrons visiting the premises.
