The premises must install, operate and maintain a comprehensive digital colour CCTV system. The CCTV cameras must continually record while the premises are open to the public and recording must be kept available and unedited for a minimum of 31 days with the date and time stamping. Key staff must be trained in their operation.
Customers will be advised to leave the area quietly to respect the neighbours.3. A noise limiter will be installed to ensure decibels are respectful at all times.
That a risk assessment must be completed for any event that is alcohol led.5. Alcohol must not be served to individuals about to participate in water sports.
The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram. 7. All staff involved on the sale of alcohol must be trained in their responsibilities . This training must be recorded and refreshed every 6 months.
