- The premises must install, operate and maintain a comprehensive digital colour CCTV system. The CCTV cameras must continually record while the premises are open to the public and recording must be kept available and unedited for a minimum of 31 days with the date and time stamping. Key staff must be trained in their operation.
- Customers will be advised to leave the area quietly to respect the neighbours.3. A noise limiter will be installed to ensure decibels are respectful at all times.
- That a risk assessment must be completed for any event that is alcohol led.5. Alcohol must not be served to individuals about to participate in water sports.
- The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram. 7. All staff involved on the sale of alcohol must be trained in their responsibilities . This training must be recorded and refreshed every 6 months.
