Licence conditions (19)

The gaming machines shall be monitored by staff to ensure that they are not played by persons under the age of 18 years
Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents
Where live or recorded is played announcements shall be made at the end of the evening reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents
Signs shall be posted at the bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children
The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) Be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times b) Make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol; c) Show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days.
The original, or a copy of the CCTV records shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
The premises shall operate in accordance with the 'Challenge 21' scheme. Whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 21 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID.
Notices advertising that the premises operates a 'Challenge 21' scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the premises bar servery area.
Signs shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position, both inside and outside of the premises, warning adults that it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
The only acceptable forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a) Proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b) Passport; c) UK photo driving licence;
A challenge book shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstance of any challenge made in accordance with the 'Challenge 21' scheme shall be recorded.
The 'challenge book' shall be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised Council officers upon demand.
All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training on: a) The prevention of underage sales of alcohol which shall include; i. Operation of the 'Challenge 21' scheme; ii. Types of acceptable ID; iii. Method of recording challenges; and iv. Likely consequence of making an underage sale b) Refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunk c) The premises licence and all conditions pertaining to it.
Such training shall take place on the induction of any new employee, and thereafter twice yearly for all employees. This training will be recorded and these records shall be made available for inspection to any police, community support or authorised Council officers upon demand.
Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound;
ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain.
