The licence shall not be used until such time as the Emergency Lighting is installed in all areas where licensable activities are to take place and copies of all certification of the installation shall be submitted to the Licensing Authority.
Public access to the spiral staircase giving access to the first floor balcony shall be prohibited at all times the premises are open to the public for licensable activities.
Regulated entertainment provided outside the premises will cease by 18:00 hours.
The CCTV system shall be maintained in operation on the premises while open to the public.
A caretaker shall be at the premises to ensure that the premises are locked up and the building is empty on Monday to Thursday by 21:30 hours and on Friday to Sunday by 23:30 hours.
