No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied other than at functions or events organised by Cowplain Secondary school or its parent teacher association.
Sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor shall be restricted to the assembly hall at the school or the adjacent area.
No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption off the premises.
No notice identifying the premises as licensed or identifying the names of the licensees shall be displayed at the premises (S.183 Licensing Act shall not apply)
No children under the age of 14 years shall be allowed in the licensed area when intoxicating liquor is being supplied or consumed.
Intoxicating liquor will not be sold or consumed on the premises on more than 20 occasions in any one calendar year.
