- No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied other than at functions or events organised by Cowplain Secondary school or its parent teacher association.
- Sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor shall be restricted to the assembly hall at the school or the adjacent area.
- No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption off the premises.
- No notice identifying the premises as licensed or identifying the names of the licensees shall be displayed at the premises (S.183 Licensing Act shall not apply)
- No children under the age of 14 years shall be allowed in the licensed area when intoxicating liquor is being supplied or consumed.
- Intoxicating liquor will not be sold or consumed on the premises on more than 20 occasions in any one calendar year.
