Licence conditions (21)

Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A minimum of 5 working days notice must be supplied to the local Police Authority when Events are planned.
The DPS, manager or other responsible person in charge of the premises shall liaise and comply with the Local Police Authority regarding their drugs policy, and will allow the use of IONTRAK machines or other drug/illicit substance detection device or method, at all times.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
Proof of age may be illustrated by a :
Connexions card - as promoted by Kent Trading Standards and Kent Police.

Official identity card issued by HM Armed Forces
It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are suspected to be under the influence of, or in possession of, any illegal/illicit substance.
Public Safety
Safety appliances and systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person.
All exit doors must be checked regularly and these checks shall be recorded in the premises/club exit door register (or any other similar document), to ensure that such doors function satisfactorily. All/any faults found as a result of the aforementioned checks must be rectified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Public Nuisance
All music activities shall be indoors only.
All regulated entertainment must end at least 30 minutes before the cessation of alcohol sales.
Noise checks must be carried out during performances of amplified music and regulated entertainment to ensure that excessive noise is controlled.
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed to all exits / in the beer garden / outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
Bins are to be emptied regularly but not during hours that may cause nuisance or disturbance to local residents or other persons nearby.
No drinks or beverages of any kind shall be taken off the premises, unless they form an off sale. Any beverages taken off the premises must only be supplied in a closed container.
