Licence conditions (11)

The premises licence holder will have in place a dispersal policy to assist dispersal of clientele from the area in a swift, efficient and safe manner. Notices will be displayed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
All fixed plant and equipment at the premises that produce significant levels of noise are fitted with appropriate means of noise suppression so as to minimise disturbance to any neighbouring noise sensitive premises. Details of all noise mitigation measures shall be submitted to, and approved by, Environmental Health.
There shall be no use of the rear outside seating area for the consumption of food and drink after 2200.
The premises licence holder will ensure that all staff at the premises have been trained in accordance with established JD Wetherspoon plc training procedures. Specifically the premises licence holder will ensure that all employees who work front of house are trained in their responsibilities to prevent alcohol being served to anybody who is under the legal age limit or to anyone who appears to be drunk or to anyone who is trying to purchase alcohol on their behalf.
The premises licence holder will ensure that there are sufficient staffing levels including managers to encourage responsible behaviour on the premises at all times.
CCTV shall be installed in the premises in compliance with any reasonable requirements of the police. Images will be retained for a minimum of 30 days and will be available to the police upon request. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system.
Non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, water, coffee and tea shall be available at all times, sale by retail of alcohol carried out at the premises.
The premises licence holder will risk assess the need for door supervisors at the premises and/or employ such door supervisors at such time and in such numbers as deemed necessary by the risk assessment and/or at any other times upon agreement with the police.
The premises licence holder will operate a “Challenge 21” Policy at all times.
Suitable food and non-alcoholic beverages shall be available at all times children are allowed on the premises.
