Licence conditions (14)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions
All managers will be trained by the Premises Licence Holder to ensure they understand the premises licence and the four objectives.
Managers will ensure all staff are trained on the objectives during their induction process and they will sign and agree to adhere to these at all times.
Training will be given as and when changes happen and as a refresher every year.
Training records for all aspects of staff training will be kept and will be made available to officers of a Responsible Authority upon request. Crime and Disorder
CCTV will be installed. Images will be capable of being kept for a minimum of 28 days and will be made available to the police and/or an officer of the Licensing Authority upon request.
Staff will be trained on dispersal policies. Public Safety
Fire and health and safety plans will be put in place and implemented -staff will be trained on these regularly and training records will be kept. Prevention of Public Nuisance
There will be signs displayed asking customers to leave quietly and respect the neighbours. Protection of Children from Harm
