Licence conditions (22)

1) Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act 1964 (ON LICENCE)
2) Conditions carried over from: Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (Public Entertainment Licence) including the following:
The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.
The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed:

Seven days' notice must be given of the date of any television performance, broadcast, or recording which is to take place in the licensed premises when they are in use under the terms of this licence.
The permitted hours of Public Use under the Licence are varied as follows:
Monday to Friday (inclusive) - 12.00 hrs until 00.00 hrs
Saturday - 12.00 hrs until 01.00 hrs (the following morning)
The "Hoist" sited adjacent to the stage right entrance door shall be retained in the raised position level with the upper floor.
The licence holder shall provide the Council with the contact details (name and telephone number etc) of the licence holder or anyone else involved in the organisation of the event, who can be contacted whilst the premises are open.
Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during and event, to authorised officers of the Pollution team, even without prior notice.
The licence Holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainments (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
