The hall shall be in use under the terms of this Musics and Dancing Licence for one day per week only.
The day so used shall be a Friday or Saturday,
General:
Safety - The electrcical installation shall be inspected at least one in every five years by a competent electrical engineer. A certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection be forwarded to the council by or on behalf of the Licensee of the premises.
Public Safety:
The number of persons (excluding staff and attendents) to be allowed at anyone time in the licensed premises shall not exceed. Ocassional tables and chairs 240 and tables and chairs 200
Except in an emergency, the emergency exit door from the hall shall be kept closed at all time

The prevention of public nuisance:
The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainments (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cuase annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
