Licence conditions (12)

Public Nuisance
Regulated entertainment will not be supplied in the garden area on more than 6 occasions in any given year and only between the hours of 12 midday and 18.00 hrs.
Such occasions will be limited to either a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday but never on consecutive days.
Only unamplified music will be supplied in the garden area.
The Environmental Health Officer shall monitor the premises for a period of 15 months, with a view to proposing any further conditions that might be necessary arising from concerns that residents may have.
All doors and windows will be kept shut after 21.00hrs when performances of live or recorded music or karaoke or amplified sound or voice is taking place.
The volume of music will be controlled so that no noise is discernible inside the nearest noise sensitive dwelling.
Children No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies:
(1) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence.
(2) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there.
(3) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress.
(4) The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals. Private Entertainment Dancing, music or other entertainment of the like kind which is not a public entertainment but which is promoted for private gain is permitted without any hours. Protection of Children If more than one hundred persons under 14 ("juniors") are attending an entertainment for juniors or an entertainment at which the majority of those attending are juniors, there shall be sufficient adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties: (a) to prevent more juniors or other persons being admitted to the building or part thereof than the building or part can properly accommodate; and (b) to control the movement of juniors and other persons admitted while entering and leaving the building or part; and to take all reasonable precautions for the safety of the children. No person under the age of 17 years shall take part in any performance in which his life or limbs are endangered.
