a) To remove all embedded restrictions in the Licensing Act 1964. b) All doors and windows shall be kept closed from 23.00 hrs including the kitchen and food preparation areas except for access and egress purposes. c) When children under the age of 16 are allowed upon the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises will be suitable for such persons. d) Residents of the co-located Premier Travel Inn will be treated as members of the public and not as residents. Such persons will have no entitlement to any licensable activity outside of the hours permitted by this licence.
