The staff will undertake training responsibility in relation to the sale of alcohol. They will be trained to deal with drunkenness and under age sales.
Records will be kept of training and refresher training, staff will sign to state they understood the training. These records will be made available to responsible authorities on request.
Any incident of a criminal nature that occurs will be reported to the Police.
CCTV will operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Recordings will have date and time shown on them.
CCTV cameras will be placed at entrances and exits, cover the tills and the interior layout of the store and the outside area of the Premises.
Police will have access to CCTV footage at any reasonable time and this will be handed over on request
The alcohol stand will be lockable and next to the till and will be visible to staff at all times whilst open.
Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regard for the neighbours.
The DPS and staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age of 25 for photographic ID proof of age cards or Driving Licence or a passport.
A register of refused age related sales will be kept and maintained on the premises made available to Responsible Authorities on request.
