Licence conditions (17)

A method of communicating with the other local licensed premises by way of mobile telephone shall be in operation at the premises.
Incidents of disorder in and around the premises shall be reported using mobile phone to other local licensed premises.
No person in possession of a drink in a sealed or unsealed container shall be allowed to enter the premises except for the purpose of delivery.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate the clubs challenge 25 policy.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
The noise level from the premises whilst being used for regulated entertainment purposes shall not cause nuisance to noise sensitive dwellings in the vicinity.
The club or a nominated person shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for the purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises.
There shall be no emission from the premises of any offensive smells which are likely to cause a nuisance.
The club shall actively participate and be a member of a Pubwatch scheme for the area within the premises is located.
Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the certificate an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a log book kept for that purpose. That log book shall be made available for inspection on demand to an authorised officer of the council, a fire officer or a police constable.
Notices will be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the member and guests requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly. This will also include a reference to vehicles.
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
No light from or on the premises and any other light under the control of the premises shall be provided where that light causes a nuisance to nearby premises.
A thirty minute drinking up time will be allowed up to closing time.
To encourage patrons to leave the premises in an orderly manner club staff will employ dispersal techniques including, but not limited to, reduced music volume, switching lights on and shutters on bar.
When licensable activities are taking place persons under the age of 18 will be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
