Licence conditions (29)
  1. All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency
  2. The licence holder or his/ her representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
  3. There shall be placed a dispersal policy/warden scheme in place to assist dispersal of clientele from the area in a swift, efficient and safe manner. Notices will be displayed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests) requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  4. There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.
  5. Events will only be by prior arrangement. All applications for the use of the premises are considered for suitability by the Committee.
  6. ‘Challenge 21’ policy will be in place. CONDITIONS ADDED BY VARIATION ON 8th OCTOBER 2021
  7. We will always contact the Police Special table Officer (PCSO) to attend our large outdoor events.
  8. We will have an emergency plan at events which includes what to do against public disorder.
  9. We have Close Circuit Television (CCTV) covering the land where we are initially hold outdoor events if we extend to other land locations we will try to hire extra CCTV.
  10. All large events where required will have Security Industrial Authority Licensed staff hired to cover these events.
  11. We will ensure toughened plastic glasses are used at all outdoor bars.
  12. We have a secure deposit box for all confiscated items.
  13. We will use token systems for outdoor bars at large events to prevent monies held and stored outside.
  14. All insurances, risk assessments, training, certification and inspection records that are required for each event will be in the Event Management Plan for outdoor events. This will include but not limited to Emergency Plan, Crowd Management Plans, Security & Steward Plans and many more depending on the nature of the event.

  17. Liaison with public transport providers.
  18. Liaison with local neighbours.
  19. Provision of external lighting.
  20. Disposal of litter.
  21. DBS checks on entertainers and staff interacting with children.
  22. Consent forms for photography and video of any children for media purposes.
  23. All children to have to be accompanied by a responsible guardian.
  24. Children’s nurse depending on nature of the event and other staff to secure the protection of children from harm.
  25. Appropriate instruction and training and supervision of staff in respect of determining the age of a customer.
  26. Limitations on the hours where children are present outdoors.
  27. Limitations or exclusions by age where certain activities are taking place.
  28. Acceptance of accredited “proof of age” cards and/or “photo” driving licences.
  29. Challenge 21 Policy.
