There will be a drugs policy produced for the premises. Drugs will be kept in a locked safe in a locked room until retrieved by officers.
Staff will be trained in “ASK FOR ANGELA” to safe guard vulnerable females
Staff training needs to be recorded and those records kept on site for review on request from a responsible authority.
Staff training will need to be revisited every 6 months with a sign sheet to show staff have been trained and understand.
CCTV recordings will be kept for 30 days and made available to any responsible authority on request under the licensable objectives. CCTV will be made available by a trained representative to use the system. This person must be contactable during opening hours at all times.
Take part in the local pub watch scheme.
Decision to employ SIA will sit with the DPS, who will risk assess the use of SIA for events such as live bands. This risk assessment will be available for responsible authorities on request.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
The licence holder or their representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place after/between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
