Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
CCTV shall be in place covering each entrance door and shall be capable of providing an image which is regarded as identification standard. Recorded images shall be retained for a minimum of one calendar month.
Public Safety:-
When the premises are open to the public, there shall be an adequate number of staff on duty to ensure the care and safety of all persons on the premises. The numbers of staff on duty shall be disclosed to a member of the Licensing Authority or local Police Authority upon request.
Public Nuisance:-
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
Protection of Children from Harm
Notices advising patrons that those attempting to buy alcohol may be asked to provide evidence of age, shall be clearly displayed at all points of sale.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
