Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
1. Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'on' Licence)
2. The sale and supply of intoxicating liquor shall be restricted to members of the Redbourn Golf Club and their bona fide guests and members of visiting Golf Clubs and societies.
3. None other than members of Redbourn Golf Club and their bona fide guests and members of visiting golf clubs and societies shall be admitted to the said members lounge.
4. Conditions carried over from Licensing Act 1964 (Supper Hours Certificate)
5. The premises will be structurally adapted and bona fide used for the purpose of habitually providing, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises, substantial refreshment, to which the sale and supply of intoxicating liquor is ancillary.
6. Any amplified live music and recorded music will be through speakers provided by the band or disco
7. Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance and Late Night Refreshment will be provided indoors only.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. The car park area will be well lit during the hours of darkness

The prevention of public nuisance
1. The Licence Holder will monitor and control the volume of all music played.
2. The premises will close 30 minutes after the time for the last sale of alcohol to allow time for drinking up and patrons to leave the premises in an orderly manner
The protection of children from harm
1. A strict proof of age policy will apply.
2. No unaccompanied under 16s will be allowed in the bar area.
3. The Club will have a Child Protection Policy which will include appropriate vetting of all staff who work with children.
4. Children will be allowed in no smoking areas, which must be separated by closed doors from smoking areas.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
1. As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 200.
1. Doors and windows will be closed during regulated entertainment by 23.00 hours except for ingress and egress.
2. There shall be not more than 2 regulated entertainment events in any one week.
1. Children shall be allowed in no smoking areas, which must be separated by closed doors from smoking areas.
