Licence conditions (19)

The premises is only open to Members and guests and has a restricted capacity.
Recordable CCTV to a standard and format agreed by the Police as acceptable for evidential use if required.
As a minimum any copies burned off for the Police must be capable of being played on any Windows based system without the need for further software and without the need for any enhancement.
This system must be capable of recording the outside area of the premises in addition to the inside and sited in consultation with the Police Crime Prevention Officer.
All imagery must be retained for a minimum of 31 days and copies must be made available to the Police/Local Authority on demand.
The system will be maintained and kept in good working order at all times.
All incidents of a criminal nature must be reported to the Police and an incident log will be kept with a copy from the CCTV on record for any Police action inidentifying the offenders.
Staff to be fully trained on CCTV in order to provide recordings upon request to the Responsible Authority.

A comprehensive fire risk assessment has been carried out under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
An acoustical performance assessment of the structure of the building will be undertaken by a competent person.
The findings of the report will be incorporated into a noise management plan which will be agreed in writing with the Local Authority.
The report recommendations and any structural works required will be implemented prior to any use of the club for regulated entertainment.
Membership of the Club is restricted to over 18's.
A Challenge 21 policy will be operated at the premises.
Conditions relating to CCTV agreed between the Applicant and the Police as at Annex 2 be complied with.
Conditions relating to acoustical assessment and noise management plan agreed between the Applicant and Environmental Health as at Annex 2 be complied with.
Notices to be displayed inside the building directing patrons to the smoking area located to the west of the building.
Delivery access to be clearly signposted.
