  1. Provision of live music outdoors shall be limited to 4 events per calendar year
  2. General: -
  3. OC1: At the time the Premises Licence has been granted and whilst it is in force, the DPS in situ must have completed and attained the following qualifications;
  4. Basic Food Hygiene Course
  5. National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
  6. Cellar Management Course
  7. Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
  8. OC2: No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are or are suspected to be under the influence of, or in possession of, any illegal/illicit substance.
  9. OC3: No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are, or are suspected of being intoxicated.
  10. OC13: Staff shall carry out regular checks of the toilet areas and other areas identified, to counter the use, selling or possession of drugs or other illegal or illicit substances.
  11. OC25: The DPS, manager or other responsible person in charge of the premises shall liaise and comply with the Local Police Authority regarding their drugs policy, and will allow the use of IONTRAK machines or other drug/illicit substance detection device or method, at all times
  12. Public Safety:-
  13. OC4: Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
  14. OC5: Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Fire Authority, Licensing or Police Authority or other relevant person.
  15. Public Nuisance:-
  16. c.D2H29.3: Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 23.00 and 10.00
  17. c.D2H22.1: In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area, in which the public or club members and guests are present, shall be fully operational at all times.
  18. Protection of Children from Harm
  19. OC7: No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
  20. OC8: Cigarette dispensing machines shall be situated where they can be observed by staff at all times the premises is open to the public.
  21. OC11: No persons under the age of 18 years, shall be permitted to remain on the premises after 22.00, unless they are the child of the DPS, are residing at the premises or passing through the premises to gain access to a place of accommodation.
  22. AWP machines, pool tables, bar billiards, cigarette machines and any darts boards shall be placed where they can be supervised by staff.
