Licence conditions (22)

All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law and Health and Safety and Drug Awareness.
The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
There shall be no further admission or readmission to the premises within 30 minutes of the cessation of alcohol sales.
A minimum of 10 working days notice must be supplied to the local Police Authority when Events days are planned.
A Personal Licence holder will be present on the premises during the hours the premises are open to the public and alcohol is being supplied.
There will be provision of 12 'event days' whereby the hours for the supply of alcohol shall be extended by 1 hour. Prior to an 'event day' taking place, an operating plan must be supplied to the police, giving clear details as to the nature of the event. In any case, the police reserve the right to cause the application to be withdrawn on Crime and Disorder grounds if applicable.
Any amplified music shall be turned down to a low level at least 30 minutes before the end of the times specified in the operating schedule (24.00hrs) to allow for a 'Wind Down' period.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place after 21.00hrs.
The following licensed activities that have the potential to create public nuisance shall not be permitted unless they are done so in accordance with the controls below:

Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
The Premises Supervisor in situ shall liaise with local neighbours to resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with existing Role in the Community Guidelines.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.

No persons under the age of 18 years, shall be permitted to remain on the premises after 19.00 hours, unless they are the child of the DPS, are residing at the premises or passing through the premises to gain access to a place of accommodation.
All exit doors must be checked regularly and these checks shall be recorded in the premises exit door register (or any other similar document), to ensure that such doors function satisfactorily. Allfaults found, as a result of the aforementioned checks, must be rectified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
