Limit the music/karaoke or disco events to 52 per year until 00:00 hours.
No more than 2 regulated entertainment events to be held in any one week.
Noise generated by regulated entertainment to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive location and/or residential facade at any time.
Outdoor regulated entertainment events involving the use of amplified music shall be limited to 6 per year until 21:00 hours. N.B. The use of the garden for the weekly summer pub game known as 'Bat and trap' shall be excluded from the fourth condition above. On Bank Holidays and other similar special occasions, the closing time will be extended until 01:30 hours, Licensable activities to cease at 01:00 hours.

The premises are a detached property and there is no residential accommodation in the immediate area. e) The protection of children from harm Children are not permitted on the premises at any time unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Summertime To extend by one hour the standard finish time for any authorised period ending between 00;59 and 04:00 on the day on which a period of Summer Time begins.
