Licence conditions (3)

The operators shall maintain and train staff to comply with its operational standards.
At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence CCTV cameras shall: ? Be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; ? The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made; ? All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days; ? CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any Police officer , community support officer or authorised officer upon demand; and ? The original, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person. ? The management team shall receive training including refresher training in the use of the CCTV system.
Staff shall receive regular training, a minimum of four times a year, on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and those records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority or Police.
