- The operators shall maintain and train staff to comply with its operational standards.
- At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence CCTV cameras shall: ? Be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; ? The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made; ? All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days; ? CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any Police officer , community support officer or authorised officer upon demand; and ? The original, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person. ? The management team shall receive training including refresher training in the use of the CCTV system.
- Staff shall receive regular training, a minimum of four times a year, on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and those records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority or Police.
