Alcohol to be only sold with food
Alcohol will only be sold after a minimum sale of £20 on food
Alcohol will only be delivered via phone orders and payment upfront via credit/debit card
Challenge 25 training for all delivery drivers
ID must be checked at the point of alcohol delivery if the person does not appear 25.
Delivery can only be to the person who ordered the food/alcohol or the named person if purchased as a gift
An order log will be managed covering age and name of the person to be delivered to.
Refusal book will be in operation
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place after/between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
A CCTV system will be in operation and recorded images shall be retained for a period 28 days. This will be made available to Police on request.
The Premises will adopt a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. This means that if a customer purchasing alcohol appears to be under 25 they will be asked for proof their age. Posters on display stating our ‘Challenge 25’ policy. Acceptable forms of identification will be passport/driving licence and cards bearing the PASS hologram. Extra Steps to cover delivery of alcohol
