To sell alcohol responsibly.
If a patron looks or behaves as if he or she has had enough to drink and behaving unruly then advise that person in a reasonable manner that it is time to stop drinking and leave the premises as quietly as possible.
To make sure all doors to cellars and bar are locked securely when the premises is closed or left unattended.
Have in place:- (a) First aid box; (b) Fire extinguisher and equipment in place; and (c) Sensible lighting to all exits.
To try to keep noise levels to a minimum late at night and to place sign near to exit asking patrons to leave quietly.
To not empty bottle bins late at night or make excessive noise.
To see all children under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult or parent.
That children will not be allowed on the premises after 9 p.m.
That no adult entertainment will take place when children are present on the premises.
