  1. A personal licence holder, nominated by the Designated Premises Supervisor, will be on the premises periodically. The premises shall be staffed during opening hours and be appropriately trained.
  2. The site shall be secure and have no access to the public.
  3. CCTV is in place.
  4. High value goods and quarantine stock shall be separately caged within secured site.
  5. Regular mains electrical checks shall be carried out once every 5 years. PAT (Portable Electrical Appliance) testing shall be carried out.
  6. Annual safety checks shall be carried out for lifting equipment.
  7. An up-to-date Health & Safety Policy shall be maintained. Employers and Public Liability Insurance shall be maintained.
  8. There shall be sufficient lighting internally and externally.
  9. Regular fire checks and servicing of fire detection and extinguishing equipment shall be carried out.
  10. Emergency procedures must be in place.
  11. Good housekeeping procedures must be in place.
  12. Noise from operational warehouse activities and traffic shall be minimised.
  13. There shall be no public access to the site.
