A CCTV system will be installed and maintained at the premises. Recordings will be maintained for a minimum period of 28 days and made available to officers of the responsible authorities upon request.
The DPS will risk assess the need for door supervisors. Door supervisors will be provided on such dates, in such numbers and between such times as required by the risk assessment. Condition replaced by Minor Variation 05/04/2017
All staff responsible for the sale of alcohol will receive training with regard to their responsibilities and obligations under Licensing Act 2003. That training will be documented and records will be retained on the premises. Those records will be made available to officers of the responsible authorities upon request.
The DPS will operate a Challenge 25 Scheme.
Challenge 25 notices will be displayed at all points of sale.
All doors and windows will be closed save for access and egress through the doors whenever regulated entertainment is provided.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Noise limiters are fitted to amplification equipment and have been set at a level agreed with Allerdale Borough Council Environmental Health Officers.
The DPS or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place after/between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
