When events which involve licensable activity take place in the open air and are to be attended by 500 people or more, an accredited Event Safety Officer, or an Event Safety Officer who is experienced in similar licensed events, shall be responsible for event safety within the Event Management Plan and shall be present for the operational phase of the event.

When events which involve licensable activity take place and are to be attended by 500 people or more, there shall be a minimum of 4 SIA door supervisors on duty.
There shall be a further 1 SIA door supervisor for every 175 attendees, unless the Event Safety Officer records in the Event Management Plan's risk assessment (with rationale) an alternative number of additional SIA.
A register of door supervisors employed will be maintained. This register will record their name, SIA Door Supervisor Licence number, contact details and be signed by the head of security.
The Event Management Plan shall be submitted to the responsible authorities no less than two months prior to an event and any changes requested be made prior to the event.
The Premises Licence Holder shall address event management planning for events of less than 500 persons when regulated entertainment takes place.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: • All crimes reported at the venue • All ejections of patrons • Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder • All drugs seized or found • Any incidents of disorder • Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy • Persons banned from the premises
Where third parties (such as stall holders, under a Temporary Event Notice) are selling alcohol, the Premises Licence holder will ensure that a representative of that party: a) Holds a Personal Licence to sell alcohol. b) Ensures compliance with the conditions set out on the premises licence. c) Maintains a register of refusals, in relation to the sale of alcohol. d) Adopts a challenge 25 policy on the sale of alcohol. e) Provides plastic or polycarbonate drinking vessels for the alcohol sold.
CCTV will operate in both Car Parks and Children's playground.
A Risk assessment will be completed for each Event.
If there is an incident, it will be decided in-situ as to whether it is dealt with by way of an ejection or Police are called to deal with the matter.
There will be Notices visible in the park asking public to leave the Event quietly.
A Dispersal policy will be in place to manage people leaving the event in an orderly fashion.
Music Noise Level (MNL) will not exceed 65 DB(A) over a 15 minute period and this will be included as part of the Event Management Plan and in the Risk Assessment.
The Code of Practice on Environmental Noise Control at Concerts shall be complied with, and monitoring shall be undertaken by a competent person in Acoustics and Noise Control. The results shall be provided to Environmental Health no later than a week after the event. The total number of musical entertainment events a year shall be restricted to 3.
A qualified First Aider will be on site during the time Licensable activities take place with a First Aid Kit.
There will be DBS cleared staff available to deal with children during all times Licensable activities take place.
