- Hand washing facilities will be made available.
- There will be litter pickers all through the event and a team of volunteers who will arrive early Sunday morning to ensure there is not residual litter left from the evening before.
- The appropriate security provision will be in place throughout the event and will remain for a suitable period after the event finishes to ensure that all members of the public have left the event site.
- The event shall be conducted in accordance with a suitable and sufficient site specific event safety plan.
- No customers carrying opened bottles upon entry shall be admitted.
- All drinks to be provided in plastic drinking vessels. Bottles and cans will be decanted into plastic drinkware. ·
- Zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs 8.The Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records.
- ·6 weeks’ notice must be given for any proposed major event involving licensable activities and/or regulated entertainment (capacity exceeding 499 persons at any one time) in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, the Responsible Authorities towards Public Safety and Public Nuisance.
