  1. Hand washing facilities will be made available.
  2. There will be litter pickers all through the event and a team of volunteers who will arrive early Sunday morning to ensure there is not residual litter left from the evening before.
  3. The appropriate security provision will be in place throughout the event and will remain for a suitable period after the event finishes to ensure that all members of the public have left the event site.
  4. The event shall be conducted in accordance with a suitable and sufficient site specific event safety plan.
  5. No customers carrying opened bottles upon entry shall be admitted.
  6. All drinks to be provided in plastic drinking vessels. Bottles and cans will be decanted into plastic drinkware. ·
  7. Zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs 8.The Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records.
  8. ·6 weeks’ notice must be given for any proposed major event involving licensable activities and/or regulated entertainment (capacity exceeding 499 persons at any one time) in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, the Responsible Authorities towards Public Safety and Public Nuisance.
