Licence conditions (20)

A CCTV system will be installed and maintained at the premises. Recordings shall be kept for a minimum period of 28 days and made available to officers of a responsible authority upon request.
The Designated premises Supervisor will when required risk assess the need for SIA registered door supervisors. Where the licence holder submits an application for extension of hours beyond 0000 hours then a minimum of two door supervisors must be present from 2200 hours until 30 minutes after the close of the venue.
Notices requesting patrons leave the premises quietly and orderly shall be placed at the entrance/exit of the venue.
The outside area must be closed to use by your customers from 10:00pm onwards.
The playing of live or recorded music in garden areas and other external spaces of the premises is not permitted.
No light from or on the premises and any other light under the control of the premises shall cause nuisance to any nearby premises.
A suitable noise management plan has been devised and is in operation at the premises.
Alcoholic drinks will only be served in hours already noted, no-one under the influence will be served.
The company will join pub watch.
Unruly or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
Drug use will be reported.
Noise disturbance signs will be put up.
Security coded alarms and lights are installed.
Fire alarms and fire doors are installed and light exit signs.
