All incidents of crime and disorder will be reported to the police and will be kept in an incident log book.
Soft drinks and non-alcoholic refreshment will be available from the cessation of the sale of alcohol until the close of the premises.
No children will be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult
Notices will be displayed asking customers to respect the neighbours when leaving the premises.
Authorised use of the rear garden shall cease at 23:00 hours except for the area of the rear external patio area in the southwest corner of the premises garden, accessible at the right hand side of the stairwell when leaving the building, which may be used for smoking only from 23:00 hours until the terminal hour of the licence.
At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence the CCTV system installed at the premises shall be fully operational. Recordings from the CCTV system shall be kept for a period of 31 days and shall, upon request, be made available for inspection by the Licensing Authority, Police or other Authorised Officer.
The designated premises supervisor shall regularly review recordings for periods when absent from the premises to ensure continued compliance with the Licensing objectives.
At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence the audio alarm fitted to the fire exit door that leads from the premises into the car park shall be fully operational.
Where the designated area of the rear patio is used for smoking between 23:00 hours until the terminal hour there shall be a physical barrier erected to deter customers entering the garden.
When the area of the rear patio designated for smoking is used between 23:00 hours and the terminal hour a member of staff shall be on duty to monitor compliance with the use of the patio area and document the level of noise at the boundary if the rear garden of the premises.
Clear and legible notices shall be displayed advising customers as to the times and the permitted use of the rear garden and rear patio area and designated smoking area of the rear patio.
No customer will be permitted to take food, alcohol, drinks containers, bottles or glasses into the rear patio area between 23:00 hours and the terminal hour.
A member of staff, who is fully trained on the operation of the premises CCYV system, shall be on duty at all times that the premises are open to the public.
There shall be no authorised use of the outside area to the front of the premises for drinking or smoking and signs to this effect shall be displayed at the front entrance and in the outdoor area to the front of the premises.
There shall be no tables or chairs shall located in the outside area to the front of the premises.
Signs shall be displayed within the premises indicating that the designated smoking area is located at the rear of the premises in the garden and on occasions when the premises are open to the public beyond 23:00 hours in the patio area only.
The premises shall operate a 'Challenge 25' policy with regard to the sale and supply of alcohol and signs to this effect shall be posted throughout the premises.
Where PubSafe, or a similar type of organisation, is active in the area of the premises the DPS shall be member and shall regularly attend meetings.
There will be no first entry or re-entry to the premises after 23:00 hours on any day.
A personal licence holder will be on duty whenever regulated entertainment is taking place and whenever the premises are open later than 23:00 hours.
Noise from regulated entertainment will not be audible at the boundary of any neighbouring residential premises.
Whenever regulated entertainment is taking place, all doors and windows will remain closed, save for access and egress.
