Licence conditions (1)

The place shall not be used for entertainment purposes between midnight and midday without the written permission of the Council.Not more than 120 persons shall be allowed to be present on the premises when it is being used for any purposes authorised by this Licence.The following conditions are met:a)All windows and doors to remain closed during licensed activities.b)All faulty, poorly fitted and broken windows and doors should be replaced or repaired immediately before and subsequent events take place in the interest of sound insulation.c)The site is to be provided with mechanical or passive (as appropriate) and silenced ventilation so rooms are supplied with the sufficient number of air changes during events. Details shall be submitted to Environmental Control for approval prior to installation and operation.d)A system of noise limitation shall be installed to the satisfaction of Environmental Control prior to operation of licensed activities.e)Signs requesting that patrons leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner and be aware of residential properties shall be displayed in clear view i.e. in parking, communal access/egress ways, etc.f)Similarly taxi drivers should also be made aware and in this way requested to approach the door to collect patrons and not to sound their horns to gain attention.g)All lights for parking, access and security should be installed and operated in such a way as to not cause intrusion into nearby residential properties.,.
