  1. Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be trained in accordance with the Premises Licence Holder's training procedures and will undertake regular refresher training; the training shall include the Challenge 25 Scheme, which shall include requesting and recognising acceptable means of identification. A record of such training shall be maintained at the premises for viewing by the Police or authorised officers.
  2. CCTV shall be provided at the premises and maintained in good working order.
  3. The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 Scheme and the tills shall have a prompt to remind staff to ask for proof of age.
  4. A refusal log shall be kept at the premises to record details of all refusals to sell alcohol. The log shall be made available to Police and authorised officers on request.
