- Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be trained in accordance with the Premises Licence Holder's training procedures and will undertake regular refresher training; the training shall include the Challenge 25 Scheme, which shall include requesting and recognising acceptable means of identification. A record of such training shall be maintained at the premises for viewing by the Police or authorised officers.
- CCTV shall be provided at the premises and maintained in good working order.
- The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 Scheme and the tills shall have a prompt to remind staff to ask for proof of age.
- A refusal log shall be kept at the premises to record details of all refusals to sell alcohol. The log shall be made available to Police and authorised officers on request.
