The prevention of crime and disorder
Staff shall be trained as appropriate in respect of relevant licence conditions, health & safety, first aid, alcohol and drug awareness and conflict management.
Train staff to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity or incidents to the authorities. Staff to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive individuals.
A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises is open.
