General Conditions
The premises will be managed in accordance with Club rules.
Conditions imposed by The Licensing Act 1964. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition, permitted hours means: On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The above restrictions do not prohibit: ) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises; ) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel; ) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals; ) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing. NB: A person shall be treated as residing in any premises, notwithstanding that he occupies sleeping accommodation in a separate building, if he is provided with that accommodation in the course of a business of providing board and lodging for reward at those premises and the building is habitually used for the purpose by way of annexe or overflow in connection with those premises and is occupied and managed with those premises. The volume of any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
All external doors and windows in rooms where regulated entertainment is taking place must be kept closed after 23.00, other than for access and egress.
Berth holders will be informed in advance of any event where music is planned. Protection of children from harm Flag Officers and Stewards shall be fully briefed on the Club's Child Safety Policy.
