Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
Licensing Act 2003, Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol(1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
· The types of regulated entertainments proposed reinstate the normal dance hall entertainments that were previously unregulated.· No new steps have been identified by risk assessment in relation to the Four Licensing objectives except as below.The Prevention of Crime & Disorder:· Door Supervisors employed Licensed (SIA) · Providing a 30 minute drinking up time will ease matters.Public Safety:· Full compliance with Public Safety advice and regulationsThe Prevention of Public Nuisance:· Windows at rear non opening, no other noise nuisance never been an issue.

Planning appeal ref: APP/B1930/A/2014323 - Formal decision: 13) I allow the appeal, in part, and vary the planning permission ref: 5/0184/78, for the continued use as a school of dancing and associated activities at 50 Victoria Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3HZ granted on 4 April 1978 by St Albans City and District Council, deleting condition 1 and substituting the following condition: 1) The premises shall not be open to the public outside the following hours Monday to Thursday 11.00hrs to Midnight 00.00hrs, Fridays and Saturdays 11.00hrs to 02.00hrs and Sundays 11.00hrs to Midnight 00.00hrs.
