General Conditions
The Licensee will ensure that the premises will be run in accordance with Club Rules Crime and Disorder Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with the appropriate British Standard an at intervals recommended in national guidance, and will keep the records of such inspections available for inspection by authorised officers on request:  Electrical installation  Fire and Burglar alarm systems  Gas boiler appliance  Pest control
The Licensee will ensure that regular health & safety meetings are held and regular risk assessments undertaken, and that appropriate steps are taken to minimise any problems identified. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that adequate waste bins are provided, and emptied on a regular basis.
The Licensee will ensure that adequate steps are in place on site to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly.
The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building, and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at the reduced level.
The permitted entertainment outdoors in a marquee shall only be allowed on 5 nights in any one calendar year, and all music in the marquee shall finish no later than 23:30 hours on any night of the week. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee will ensure that children are supervised at all times by a responsible adult during activities.
