The Licence holder shall ensure that adequate staffing levels are always maintained.
The premises licence holder (or a nominated representative) will be available to deal with any complaints.
All staff will receive training so that are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives with attention to: No selling of alcohol to underage people No drunk and disorderly behaviour in the premises area Vigilance in preventing the use of illegal drugs at the retail area No violent and antisocial behaviour No harm to children
Staff training records will be kept, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to officer of the local authority and or the Police. Prevention of crime and disorder
Contact details of licensed Taxis will be available for customers.
No drugs will be tolerated on the premises and notices will be displayed in respect of this.
CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
The licence holder shall keep and maintain a refusals register and incident log on the premises which will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request.
The Licence holder/DPS shall ensure that empty glasses and bottles, or other drinking vessels shall be regularly collected to ensure no accumulation in areas where the public have access. Public safety

The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
