The Premises shall have an effective and well managed CCTV system, which must be maintained to ensure that it is always fully operational. The system must be in working condition, in use and recording at all times that licensable activities are taking place. It must be able to record in all lighting conditions and the images recorded must be of a good evidential standard.
These images shall be kept securely and shall be capable of being downloaded onto removable media.
A member of staff must be present who can both operate the system and supply copies of these images on request to either Police, Council or other authorised Officer.
The recordings shall be kept for a minimum of 31 days.
All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction and every 6 months thereafter in relation to the Licensing Act 2003 and the 'Challenge 25' policy. In addition, all staff shall receive training on induction and every 3 months relating to the sale of alcohol and the times and conditions of the premises licence. This training shall be recorded and these records shall on request be made available to any Police, Council or other authorised officer
Alcohol shall only be sold/supplied by waiter or waitress service to those persons seated at tables who are taking or who have taken a substantial table meal and as an ancillary to that meal.
Suitable beverages other than alcohol (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as ancillary to table meals.
Alcohol shall not be permitted to be taken from the premises.
Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all public exits from the premises requesting customers respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises area quietly. These notices shall be positioned at eye level and in a location where those leaving the premises can read them.
There shall be no amplified music in the premises.
Staff shall actively discourage patrons from congregating around the outside of the premises.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that the pavement from the building line to the kerb edge immediately outside the premises, including the gutter/channel at its junction with the kerb edge, is kept clean and free from litter at all material times.
All refuse and bottles shall be disposed of in bins quietly so as not to disturb neighbours or local residents. There shall be no disposal of glass bottles outside between 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours.
Children under 14 years, not accompanied by an adult, shall not be permitted to remain at or enter the premises after 21:00 hours.
Any children on the premises after 19:30 hours must be there for the purpose of consuming a substantial table meal and shall be accompanied by an adult.
A personal licence holder is to be present on the premises and supervise the sale of alcohol, throughout the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol.
No adult entertainment shall be provided at the premises.
