Licence conditions (5)

The sale by retail of alcohol shall only take place 30 minutes prior to performances, during intervals and post performance.
Attendants, who must be familiar with the procedure to be used in an emergency, to be on duty and located in the following positions: - One in the reception area; and One by the exit at the rear of the auditorium, where the exit sign is obscured by a curtain
Any scenery kept or used on the premises including cyclorama shall be constructed of such materials as the Council accepts for use on open stages.
Fire appliances shall be provided, positioned and maintained to the satisfaction of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority.
For the purpose of paragraph 6(6) and 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this licence is subject to such conditions as reproduce the effect of: o The Council's Rules that govern the management of venues licensed for the provision of public entertainment, a copy of which is attached as Appendix A; and o The Children and Young Persons Act 1933, which includes, but may not be limited to, the following: i) No child shall be employed: a) So long as he is under the age of fourteen years; b) To do any work other than light work; c) Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school; d) Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day; e) For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school; f) For more than two hours on any Sunday; g) Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday; h) For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty-five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school; i) For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or j) At any time in a year unless at that time he has had, or could still have, during a period in the year in which he is not required to attend school, at least two consecutive weeks without employment. ii) a) Where there is provided in any building an entertainment for children, or an entertainment at which the majority of the persons attending are children, then, if the number of children attending the entertainment exceeds one hundred, it shall be the duty of the person providing the entertainment to station and keep stationed wherever necessary a sufficient number of adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties, to prevent more children or other persons being admitted to the building, or to any part thereof, than the building or part can properly accommodate, and to control the movement of t
