  1. Strong management controls and effective training of all staff relating to the premises licence and the four licensing objectives with particular attention to:
  2. Sale of alcohol to underage persons;
  3. No drunk, disorderly or violent behaviour on the premises;
  4. Vigilance regarding drug use and sale;
  5. No harm to children. There will be no sale of alcohol to drunk / intoxicated customers and prevention / vigilance in illegal drug use or sale on the premises. Staff will be trained to ensure adherence to environmental health requirements. Internal / External CCTV cameras. Implementation of "Challenge 25" as an underage ID check. Log book or diary will be used to record refusals or other misdemeanours. In instances where required, requests will be made so as to prevent disturbance or nuisance to respect nearby residents.
  6. Noise assessments: The licence holder or his/ her representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
