Licence conditions (15)

The club committee shall review the club rules annually and inform the local authority of any changes.
The club rules shall specify the types of permitted events that the club and members may hold under the club premises certificate and clarify rules on bona fide guests attending.
A master copy of the current members register, shall be held at the venue and available for inspection by surrey police or authorised officer on request.
All events authorised for licensable activities on the premises shall be approved by the committee who will have considered the rule book and licensing act 2003 and will be recorded into a register, available for inspection by surrey police or authorised officer on request.
A list of all bona fide guests invited to an event, shall be made available by the member to the committee, 72 hours before the event. The guest list shall be retained on the premises for 6 months and available for inspection by a police officer or authorised officer on request.
All bona fide guests, shall on entry, be signed into a visitors record book by the club member inviting the guest onto the premises and will record :- a. Date and time of guest entry b. Name and address of guest c. Name of club member signing in a guest.
A committee member shall be present when an event involving licensable activity takes place
A committee member will hold a personal licence holder qualification
All events which involve licensable activity shall be risk assessed by the committee to determine the requirement for SIA door supervision. A copy of the risk assessment to be retained by the committee for 6 months following the event.
CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. CCTV to cover internal areas of the licensable area, the patio and the rear garden . The CCTV shall provide clear images of people entering and exiting the premises. All CCTV footage to be retained for a minimum of 31 days and made available to police in a digital format within 24 hours of request.
The club committee will ensure bar staff have training on appointment and at six monthly intervals on :- o The licensing objectives. o The requirements for ID as part of age verification. o Dealing with an intoxicated person o Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons o Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premises. o Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol o Recording of incidents o Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote
All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: o All crimes reported at the venue o All ejections of patrons o Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder o All drugs seized or found o Any incidents of disorder o Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy o Persons banned from the premises
There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by a member of the bar committee and endorsed accordingly.
The bar committee shall ensure a 'Challenge 25'policy is adopted on the premises at all times. Signage of the 'Challenge 25 'policy shall be prominently displayed on the premises.
