Use of the garden area for entertainment & events should be restricted to 3 times a year.
The front entrance door, internal lobby door and windows should remain closed at all times during the following types of entertainment (music, including live music, recorded music, karaoke or television) .
Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any event does not disturb surrounding residents.
Any refuse and empty bottles should not be put out in the refuse areas after 21:00 hours.
Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Delivery and refuse collection times should not take place before 07:30 hours or after 19:30 hours.
Maximum of live music three times a month.
No public admission or readmission to the premises after 23:00 hours.
No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior approval of the licensing authority.
The garden will be closed to the public at 23:00 hours.
Staff will be trained in licensing law and Health and Safety.
Outside sales of alcohol (from the garden area) will cease at 10pm
