  1. The premises is an age restricted (60 years and over) residential development.
  2. The development also offers a restaurant in a separate purpose-built building to reisdents and the general public
  3. The main house provides a residents only lounge and library, and wellness facilities.
  4. The prevention of crime and disorder
  5. All sales of alcohol for consumption off the premises shall be in sealed containers only, and shall not be consumed on the premises.
  6. A direct telephone number for the manager at the premises shall be publicly available at all times the premises are open. This telephone number is to be made available to residents and businesses in the vicinity.
  7. Public nuisance
  8. No noise geneerated on the premises, or by its associated plant or equipment, shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance.
  9. Loudspeakers shall not be located in the entrance and exit of the premises or outside the building.
  10. The protection of children from harm
  11. A Challenge 25 proof of age scheme shall be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photoraphic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or proof of age card with the PASS hologram.
